Conner Jellum, M.A. is a Resident in Counseling who works with adolescents and adults. He earned his master’s degree in Mental Health Therapy in May 2026 and is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves.
Conner’s approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies, while remaining flexible to each client’s individual needs and goals. He believes therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, practical, and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. His goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
Outside of the office, Conner is a big Baltimore sports fan and enjoy being outdoors and playing sports like volleyball. He also comes from a large family, which has shaped his appreciation for relationships, connection, and the importance of having a strong support system. He enjoys bringing that same warmth and authenticity into his work with clients.
