Kallen Campbell, LCSW

Kallen Campbell, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Social Sciences from Washington State University, with a concentration in Psychology and Human Development and a minor in Sociology. Following the completion of her undergraduate degree, Kallen dedicated her career to case management, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health concerns. She also worked closely with youth and their families as a Wraparound Facilitator, helping them navigate complex systems of care while building on their strengths. In 2021, Kallen pursued her Master of Social Work at Arizona State University. During her graduate training, she interned at a domestic violence shelter serving women fleeing abusive relationships in the greater Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. She also volunteered as a Listener with HearMe, providing compassionate emotional support to individuals seeking connection and guidance. Kallen is passionate about serving military service members, veterans, and their families. She has experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns. Kallen believes that every individual deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to heal and grow. She takes a person-centered approach to therapy, emphasizing unconditional positive regard while ensuring each client feels heard, valued, and understood. Her goal is to build a strong therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to overcome challenges, develop resilience, and create meaningful change. Her therapeutic specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Kallen is currently accepting new patients.
